Sample Collection/Courier Service

Our highly trained staff can collect samples from your organisation or we can train your staff to collect employee samples, should you prefer. We operate strict Chain of Custody procedures to maintain the integrity and traceability of the sample. All samples are sealed and transported in tamper evident bags.

Consultancy Services

Randox Testing Services provide a full consultancy service to help you devise and introduce an effective Workplace Substance Abuse Policy into your organisation. We can advise you on what to test for and can also review any existing policies to ensure they comply with legislation and cover all necessary angles.

Medical Review

We provide reliable Medical Review of any positive results. The MRO assesses a positive result in the light of the donor’s medical background to determine if there is a legitimate medical reason for the result. The MRO helps protect both the rights of the employee being tested and the employer requiring the testing. A positive alcohol or drugs report cannot be issued without MRO involvement.

Training

We can put in place a comprehensive training plan to educate both employers and employees in the new policy and how it affects them. Employers and managers must know how to implement the system and employees will be less resistant if the policy is open and well communicated.
